This room is a turnkey, fully bills inclusive package, so you only pay a fixed fee of £680 per month. One fixed fee that covers Rent, Gas, Electric, Water, TV License, Council Tax, Super-fast 350mb Broadband Internet, Sky Television and a fortnightly Cleaner.
