ASPIRE LIVING is a private company who owns all of its properties, not a letting agent, cutting out the middle man so you get to deal direct with the landlord. We offer unique and exclusive co-living homes in the North East of England. Born from a desire to do things better, we have established a brand founded on consistently striving to achieve the highest standards in all areas, from the quality of our bespoke accommodation through to our attentive customer service.

All of the team are registered and accredited Landlords with the National Landlords Association (NLA) and are committed to raising standards in the quality of accommodation and service in the private rented sector.
The Co-Living Concept
Co-Living is a style of living that revolves around a genuine sense of community, using shared facilities and living spaces to create a more advantageous and suitable lifestyle. Co-living allows you naturally to feel part of a community everyday – even if it’s something as simple as having someone to talk with when you come home from work.
Our Services
Each room is fully bills inclusive, so you only pay one fixed fee per month. This includes, Rent, Gas, Electric, Water, Fiber Optic super-fast Broadband Internet, Sky Television, TV License, Council Tax and a fortnightly Cleaner.
It truly is an all-inclusive rent.
We also offer a unique service whereby, for an extra monthly fee, you can add items including, Extra Furnishings, a LED Flat screen TV, DVD Player, Kitchen Utensils, a Compliment of Cutlery and Crockery, and Bed Linen or Towels.
We pride ourselves in offering outstanding quality accommodation with the flexibility to suit everybody’s needs and are registered and accredited Landlords with the National Landlords Association (NLA).

Our Interiors
We offer exclusive bespoke, fully furnished, en-suite double bedrooms located in sought after areas of Newcastle & Gateshead, both on the doorstep of Newcastle City Centre with great commuter links and nearby convenience. Each property is created and maintained to meet our exacting high standards. All you are required to do is simply walk in, unpack, and feel at home. We pride ourselves on marrying together a house of like-minded individuals, from similar backgrounds and of similar ages, this we believe is at the core of what we do.
By creating a relaxed environment within houses, co-living allows young professionals to afford luxurious living at a time where rental prices are sky-high. Some also find it convenient and less hassle to pay just one bill that covers everything.
